William Terry missing – What happened to St. Louis County man William Terry? 

The 60-year-old who was reported missing from his home has sadly been found dead, and police have called off the search. Officers searched with all hopes that they will recover the missing man.

60-year-old William Terry was reported missing on Monday, December 6, with a report that he had not been seen since November 27.  Williams was last seen on Nov. 27 at his residence in Grand Lake Township, which is about 20 miles northwest of Duluth. authorities want the public’s help to find him.

The search for William Terry

Extensive search efforts were conducted on Tuesday along the Munger Shaw Road by the sheriff’s office, St. Louis County Rescue Squad, and Grand Lake Volunteer Fire Department.

The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Deputies searched Terry’s residence and property in Grand Lake Township on Monday, but he was not found. Officers have been conducting a search of the area they believed him to be in, they have carried out extensive inquiries, including checking CCTV but there has been no further sighting of him.

The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office reported that Terry’s body was found in a hidden room in his home on Munger Shaw Road. Its so sad that no foul play was suspected, and police believe he committed suicide. “After receiving new information concerning the layout of his residence, Deputies conducted a follow-up search and located his body in a previously undiscovered hidden room,” Says the sheriff’s office

Officers have thanked the public for their collaboration, “The Sheriff’s Office would like to thank everyone who provided information and assisted with searching for William,”
