USC student Arian Rahbar Killed in Crosswalk, LA, Traffic collision at 21

Arian Rahbar death – cause of death: Arian Rahbar, 21-year-old, an Iranian student of the University of Southern California (USC) has been identified as the victim struck and killed about 3 p.m. Saturday, December 11, 2021, while walking across Jefferson Boulevard, after he went to pick up food. According to sources Arian passed at the spot.

According to Authorities, Arian was struck to death by a driver suspected to be involved in street racing. He was in a marked crosswalk when he was hit by a Dodge Challenger Hellcat, whose driver had been racing a driver in an Infiniti G37, said Det. Ryan Moreno of the LAPD’s South Traffic Division.

According to his Facebook profile, he is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and currently residing in Peoria, Illinois. He went to Dunlap High School in the year 2009. He was a former Tennis Instructor at Peoria Park District Home town from May 31, 2018, to August 3, 2018, and a Computer Science student at the University of Southern California

Both drivers who were racing stopped at the scene, and both are in custody. Authorities said.

Arian Rahbar’s obituary will be organized by the family.
