Two men killed at Kickstand Saloon, Bartlesville shooting

Bartlesville Shooting – Two men have died following an altercation led shooting at Kickstand Saloon, near Southwest Frank Phillips Boulevard and Western Street in Bartlesville.

The incident was reported at about 8:30 p.m. Monday night. Responding officers located two male victims suffering injuries consistent with a gunshot. The two victims identified only as 29, and 39-year-old men were transported to the hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries. Some witnesses were t6akewn into custody from the scene and are being questioned by investigators.

The suspect fled the scene before police arrival. Investigators determined the shooting was a result of a physical altercation between the two victims and another male suspect inside the bar. The altercation escalated to shots being fired by one of the three men, fatally striking the two men.

Investigators identified the suspect as

  • an African American man,
  • about 6 feet tall
  • wearing a red jacket.
  • He is not in custody,
