Shooting in South Park – Multiple law enforcement agencies are on the scene of a shooting incident at South Park in San Fernando, which has left at least two people dead.
Initial reports stated shortly before midday, the victims were in a parked silver AD Wagon in the car park near the Courts Store when a blue Volkswagon Jetta pulled up beside them and the occupants opened fire.
Police said the wagon was riddled with at least 20 bullet holes. Several spent shells, including of 5.56 caliber, were recovered at the scene.
Officers from the Southern Division as well as fire officers are still on the scene. The identities of the victims are still being ascertained.
