Tiffany Ann Karchurka Death – Cause of Death : 26-year-old Shamokin woman, Tiffany Ann Karchurka, widely known as “Tiffany Templer” has been identified by the Coal Township Police as the woman that lost her life in a single-car accident in Coal Township, Northumberland County. Karchurka was pronounced dead following blunt force trauma injuries to the neck, which she suffered after she was ejected from her car.
“Tiffany, of 404 S. Market St. was born August 11, 1995, in Melbourne, Florida, to Kenneth Andrew Kachurka and Joyce Phillips. She attended Shamokin Area Elementary School and was a 2013 graduate of Shamokin Area High School. She worked at Regency Plus in Mount Carmel”, according to her obituary.

According to officials, the deadly single-car accident happened on Monday, November 22, 21 on Route 901 near Excelsior. Per initial report, it was gathered that
Tiffany was driving at a high rate of speed when she lost control of the car on a curve, the car existed the roadway and went through the guardrail and struck an embankment on the side of the ditch.
She was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision. The impact ejected her from the car. Authorities found her lying motionless about 20 feet from her vehicle with serious neck to which she succumbed to at the scene of the crash.
