Smoke in Pleasanton, CA today – Camp Parks Army Base, Alameda County Fire

According to authorities, officers with the Alameda County Fire Department are at the Camp Parks Army Base hosting a prescribed training burn in support of community safety.

Thus Pleasanton residents may notice the presence of smokes or burn-like smells in the area.

Training operations will initiate at approximately 10 a.m. and proceed until 2 p.m. Friday afternoon.
