Tom Revere Missing: Silver alert issued for Tulsa man with dementia canceled

A 70-year-old man with dementia who was reported missing in Tulsa, Oklahoma, prompting a Silver Alert, has been located and is safe. The Tulsa Police Department say the Silver alert for the missing Tulsa man has been canceled.

The Tulsa Police Department canceled the Silver Alert Sunday night. No further details were released.

Earlier: A Silver alert has been issued for a west Tulsa man with dementia, according to the police 70-year-old missing vulnerable adult with dementia and may be in need of medical attention.

Authorities are growing increasingly worried for the welfare of Tom Revere and are asking the public to help lookout for him.

The 70-year-old man was last seen Sunday afternoon around 2 p.m. in west Tulsa, near West 77th Street South and 58th West Avenue.

Police said he is 6’1″ tall and weighs 190 pounds. He is bald with blue eyes. He was last seen wearing jeans and a brown or olive green long-sleeve T-shirt

He was driving a 2017 white Toyota Tundra with Oklahoma tag CWV984.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the police at 911.
