Silver Alert issued to help find Spokane missing woman

Lynnell McFarland missing – Alert issued to help find woman travelling from Ellensburg to Spokane.

A Silver Alert has now been issued for Lynnell McFarland, 68-year-old who was reported missing from Ellensburg. She was last seen at about 3:30 pm on Thursday, November 18th, 2021, and was reportedly heading towards her home driving a 2000 black Mitsubishi Eclipse with a WA license plate number: AQE5575.which is in Spokane. Her last known contact was with her daughter Lynn, who called to find out if she got home. Lynn said she responded saying not yet, but I will swing by your apartment first.”

Report says she was reported missing by her daughter the night of the same day after she found out her mother did not return home and all attempts to reach her have been unavailable. Her family is worried about her disappearance as they believe she might be lost or at risk of danger as her driving capabilities are questionable. She also suffers from a medical condition that requires her to take her medications which she left without.

The police began an investigation after she was reported missing and an extensive search is being carried out for her but she is still missing. Her phone was tracked to the “SR 97 near milepost 166 which is north of the turn she needed to take to get onto US 2 towards Spokane. Milepost 166 on SR 97 is in Chelan County on Blewett Pass just north of the Chelan/Kittitas County border.”

The last known clothing of the 68-year-old has been given as blue jeans, a pink/peach sweatshirt w/hoodie, and a black fleece jacket.

Authorities are now asking for help in finding her, they urge anyone who has information to call 911 immediately.
