Michael Benjamin Keen missing – Help needed in finding missing UOSC student last seen at the J’s Corner Restaurant and Bar.
SOUTH CAROLINA, Columbia – The police in Columbia are asking the help of the public in locating a 22-year-old University of South Carolina Student who went misisng from the area on Sunday. He was reportedly seen last on Sunday, November 21st, 2021 walking down the J’s Corner Restaurant and Bar which is located at Rosewood Drive near where it meets Bluff Road.
Michael Benjamin Keen, 22-year-old is a senior in major financing at the University of South Carolina. He was reported missing by his father who is worried about his disappearance who said he was last seen wearing a green jacket, a polo shirt, jeans, and a “Cocks” baseball cap.
Authorities are doing all they can to find Keen who is believed to be in danger. The areas in which he was seen last have been searched but he is still missing. Helicopters were used in searching the quarry in Olympia.
The police are now asking for information that can help find him. They urge anyone who has clues to please call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
News reaching us says that the body of a ma was found in a rock quarry which is a mile from where the University of South Carolina Student was last seen. The police have not revealed information saying that the body was found in that of Keen so he is still missing.
A Facebook post by “Yesterday, the dad of 22-year-old Michael Benjamin Keen reported to Columbia Police that his son is missing. Officials say the son had called his dad and told him he was leaving J’s Corner Restaurant and Bar to walk home. This was after the Saturday game between USC and Auburn.”
