We lost a great person and a friend of mine today Scott Landeck. I can’t begin to express the sadness it brings to my heart. Scott was a young man with a passion and excitement for bowling that reminded me of how much someone can love the sport and want to spread that passion. I’ll miss our great talks on the lanes. Rest In Peace my friend.. praying for the entire Landeck family during this unimaginable time.

Hearing the news about Scott & Brian Landeck is overwhelming and disbelieve 😢😢 We are so heart broken right now and our head and body melted like an ice cube under the hot weather. At this moment we can’t even find the right word (s) to express how tragic this is. How could this be happening to them so quickly in a blink of an eye. Scott just texted us about his 300 on Thursday night after bowling. We were so happy for him and looking forward to see him on Monday so we can congratulate him for a perfect score and well done.
Thank God from the bottom of our hearts that we had a chance to bowl with Scott last Monday……that’s going to be one of our memories about him. Never thought this would happen to them both. The saddest part is that…..every chance Scott got he always stopped by our shop and talked to us or just to say hi.
They were super nice people and easy to talk to. And they will be forever in our thoughts.
REST IN PEACE Scott & Brian. You both will be forever missed ❤️❤️
May the Lord comfort your family

Gone way too soon. Today we say goodbye to Scott Landeck and his brother Brian. Scott bowled with Emily throughout her youth league years. They bowled league, city and state tournaments, and All Stars together. They were the first bowlers from Stars and Strike Cumming to go to JR. Gold. Scott was soft spoken, but as sweet as someone could be. We have many great memories and will never forget. Rest in peace Scott; we’ll miss you.

The men found dead today on a boat in Lake Lanier were identify as brother Scott Landeck and Brian Landeck. Brian appeared to have been a big Confederate supporter.

And he died in the month of August on a lake that is said to be haunted by the spirits of Black people.

We are still working on getting more details about the death, as family statement on the death is yet to be released.
