Sahara Little Missing: Amber Alert deactivated after the abducted child was found safe

According to a report reaching us, a statewide amber issue for a missing child in Philadelphia has been canceled, the alert was canceled after the abducted child was located.

The Pennsylvania State Police canceled the Amber Alert for 6-year-old Sahara Little around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday. They said she was found safe. the police did not say where Sahara was found.

Earlier: The Police in Philadelphia have issued an Amber Alert for a child apparently abducted Tuesday night. authorities are growing increasingly worried for the welfare of a missing girl who was apparently abducted.

6-year-old Sahara Little was abducted in a car parked outside a pizza shop in the Germantown neighborhood around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. She was last seen at 5600 block of Greene Street in Philadelphia. the Police said the girl’s mother went inside to pick up a pizza and left the car running, and when she came out, the car was gone.

Sahara was reported abducted by an unknown individual who fled the scene with her in a 2007 burgundy/red Toyota Scion with Pennsylvania registration LKV-1067.

Police had said there had been an increase in car thefts in the area, and maybe the person had not known there was a child in the back seat.
