Robert Miller dies in crash near North Powder identified

Robert Miller Death – Cause Of Death: NORTH POWDER — 54-year-old Robert Miller of Shelton was killed in a fatal single-car crash that happened on the south edge of North Powder on Wednesday 15th December 2021. North Powder is a city in Union County, Oregon, United States. The population was 439 at the 2010 census.

According to information, Robert Miller was operating a full-sized Dodge pickup pulling a camper when his vehicle left the westbound lane of Interstate 84 and down an embankment. Police responded to the crash and located the vehicle on Union Pacific Railroad tracks. Robert Miller was declared dead at the scene.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation. The accident intercepted both busy rail lines until about 8:45 a.m. when one of the lines was vacated.
