Officers arrived on the scene to find the suspect, identified as 26-year-old Edson Moreno, standing outside the residence while armed. He was taken into custody and detained. Inside the residence, the victim, identified as 22-year-old Robert Favreau, was discovered suffering from gunshot wounds.
It was determined that he had passed away at the site.
