Raphael Stovall Missing: Police need help to locate a man who threatened to harm himself

The St Louis County Police Department is carrying out a search and is actively investigating the missing person case of 36-year-old Raphael Stovall who went missing Monday evening.

Authorities are growing increasingly worried about the welfare of the man and are asking the public to help look out for him.

The Police say Raphael was last seen in the 1200 block of Garden Village Drive at 6 p.m. but it is not confirmed if he is still in the area.

Raphael left without his medication for his mental illness and threatened to harm himself prior.

This incident is very worrisome to the family and would like to speak with him to confirm his wellbeing. it is not known if the police suspect any foul play in his disappearance at this time.

There has been no trace of Raphael despite the search. His friends, family, and police are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.

Police said he is about 5’11” tall, weighs 245 pounds, and has two tattoos on his neck. He possibly drove off in a white 2014 Chevrolet Silverado with Missouri plates of 8DDS35.
