Quinn Annable Obituary – Death: Quinn Annable, from Newark and a University of Delaware student, died suddenly and unexpectedly on Tuesday morning after being accused of threatening individuals with a BB gun. He was 20 years old at the time.
Annable was found unresponsive in his cell at the Howard R. Young prison in Wilmington on Thursday night, according to sources.
Annable was given CPR and was transferred to Christiana Hospital in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead. Details surrounding his death is unknown at the time of this report.
Annable was being imprisoned on a $20,000 cash bail at the time. His bail conditions were changed to unsecured bail while he was in the hospital, and he was released from Department of Correction custody on Friday. The reason for the bail change is unknown.
“Newark police arrested Annable, who was a UD sophomore, at his off-campus residence on Oct. 6 and charged him with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and two counts of aggravated menacing. He was also charged by UD police with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and second-degree assault.”
