Pennsylvania community mourns death of George Gekas

George Gekas Cause of Death – Passed Away: PENNSYLVANIA — George Gekas of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania has passed away. George Gekas was announced deceased on Facebook, Thursday, December 16th, 2021 by Don Tinsman. The circumstances surrounding the cause of George Gekas’ death had not been made public at the time of this report.

Don Tinsman, a longtime resident of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania who worked at Donald R. Tinsman Co. mourned the passing of George Gekas on his Facebook page. “George Gekas passed away this morning. Great man. RIP George.”

George had a funny and unique personality and was never afraid to show it and his friends loved that about him. He was described by his friends as someone who was always ready for a laugh.

Harrisburg, the state capital of Pennsylvania, sits on the Susquehanna River. The National Civil War Museum illustrates both sides of the conflict via interactive exhibits and re-enactments.
