Stephen O’Rourke Death – Cause of Death – Stephen O’Rourke sadly passed away in December 2021. According to a tweet made on the 9th of December 2021 by Parole Board for Scotland, Stephen O’Rourke was a beloved member of the Parole Board. The Parole Board for Scotland is a tribunal non-departmental public body in Scotland first established in 1967, with responsibility for parole decisions. Its decision making and operating are independent of the Scottish Government, and many of its decisions are binding on Scottish Ministers.

He will be greatly missed and his contributions to his community will never be forgotten. The cause of death was not mentioned to the public at the time of this publication. The funeral arrangements and obituary will be released by his family at a later time.
