The Laguna Niguel fire has exploded to over 200 acres with more than a dozen building in flames and evocations in progress. Authorities say the blaze due to the heavy wind is not headed North County, northeast towards Fallbrook.

According to authorities, the Laguna Niguel brush fire, also known as the Coastal Fire, has spread to 200 acres. More than a dozen homes have been seen engulfed in flames, and evacuation orders have been issued.

Around 2:43 p.m., the incident occurred on approximately 3 acres of land at 28303 Alicia Parkway in Laguna Hills, CA.
Authorities say no one’s home is currently in danger. According to officials, the Ranch at Laguna Beach Golf Course has been evacuated.
Power lines are under threat, and a blackout is possible, according to officials.
