North Syracuse man killed in Cicero auto-pedestrian accident identified

Leonard William “Skynard” Mulverhill Death – Cause of Death : 32-year-old Leonard William “Skynard” Mulverhill, of North Syracuse has been identified by the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office as the man that passed away following a deadly auto-pedestrian accident that happened on Saturday evening, November 20, 2021 in Cicero, New York. Mulverhill was born in Syracuse on July 5, 1989 and he is the son of John Mulverhill and Brigette Teska, according to his obituary.

Mulverhill, “Leonard enjoyed hunting, hockey and spending time with his family especially his children. Leonard had a sense of humor his family and friends adored, he could light up a room with his “larger than life” personality. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him” 

According to official, the incident happened at the intersection of Brewerton Road and Caughdenoy Road and and the entrance to Target Walmart. At about 6:30 p.m., Mulverhill was crossing Brewerton Road when sadly, walked into the path of an oncoming vehicle driven by 62-year-old Cicero woman and was struck by the car. He was pronounced dead as a result of serious injuries sustained from the crash.
