Ruvim Stukov Cause of Death – Passed Away: FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — 20-year-old Ruvim Stukov from Mountlake Terrace has been identified as the man who was shot and killed in the parking lot of a strip mall along Enchanted Parkway South in Federal Way on Wednesday night. The gunshot occurred about 9:47 p.m. in the 1400 blocks of South 348th Street.

Stukov was found unresponsive in the parking lot with gunshot injuries. Authorities attempted to save him, but he later died at the scene. According to police, Stukov and the shooter were involved in a fight that became deadly.

The car spotted leaving the area soon after the incident leads police to assume the suspect took Stukov’s vehicle. The Federal Way Police Department is appealing for the public’s assistance in identifying Stukov’s vehicle, a 2019 silver Toyota Camry with the Washington license plate BWE8015.
