Monica Chohon Obituary Wahoo Nebraska – Death: 18-year-old Monica Chohon and her two brothers, all from Wahoo, Nebraska, died in a tragic car accident on their way to the family home in Wahoo when the crash happened at the intersection of Highway 109 and 77 in Saunders County, Nebraska.
Monica was driving a Pontiac Grand Am southbound on Route 109 when the car stopped at the intersection. The car was then struck by a eastbound Dodge Ram 3500 driven by Hartung as it attempted to cross six lanes of traffic.
Monica and her, brothers were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The names of her brothers have been identified as James Chohon, 11, and Andrew Chohon, 7. The driver of the second vehicle, Tobias Hartung, 40, of Fremont was not injured in the crash.
