Michael Tanner Obituary – Death: Michael Tanner, of Wilmington Island, Georgia and former Savannah, Georgia resident has passed away. Michael died from complications of Covid-19. He was a great friend and a huge supporter of Georgia Southern Athletes in Action.

Michael Tanner was born in Vidalia, Georgia. He studied at Georgia Southern University, where he worked as a foreman at Georgia Ports Authority after school. He is happily married to September Harper.
Michael was a loving husband who was best known for his infectious sense of humor and making everyone laugh.
Friends took to social media to express their condolences.
