Michael Tallarida Obituary – Death: We are deeply saddened to learn that Michael Tallarida, of Northeast Philadelphia, passed away on October 10th, 2021, at age 45. It was reported that he died leaving families, friends, and loved ones in great grief and fear.
He was a perfect example of what it means to be a wonderful person. He had a calming presence and was extremely kind, he touched the hearts of so many and was an inspiration to everyone who knew him.
Causes of Michael Tallarida’s Death…

The circumstances surrounding the actual cause of death had not been made public at the time of writing this report. The investigation is still ongoing to know the actual cause of death.
He was the beloved husband of Nicole Tallarida (née Milburn). Loving and devoted father of Brynn Tallarida and Michael Tallarida. Cherished son of Dave Tallarida and Denise Tallarida (née Turchi). Loving brother of David Tallarida (Valerie). Mike was loved by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Mike dedicated an enormous amount of time coaching many area sports teams. He was a great father, great husband, friend, and coach who will be missed by all whose lives he touched.
The little reminders that cause tears today will turn into little reminders that make us sad and then those little reminders will eventually make us smile and remember Michael just as he would have wanted us to with love, a grin, and maybe a cold one.
Funeral Arrangements / Visitation
Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday evening, October 14th from 5-9 pm at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc., 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr Sts). There will be a second viewing on Friday morning from 9:30 am – 11:15 am in St. Matthew RC Church, (3000 Cottman Ave.) A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 am with a burial to follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
