Philadelphia Shooting – Authorities are investigating after a 26-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman were shot by an unidentified suspect in what police in Philadelphia tagged a targeted incident near a Philadelphia homeless encampment at the late hours of Friday.
According to the Philadelphia Police Departments, the two victims were at an encampment on the 400 block of East Tusculum Street in the Kensington neighborhood when an unidentified individual shot them at close range at about 11:55 p.m. Friday. The man sustained injuries to the leg and the woman was shot once in the leg and once in the buttock.
Investigators say the two victims ran a short distance before they collapsed and were found by SEPTA Transit Police Department officers, who then transported them to Temple University Hospital, where they were listed in a critical but stable condition
