Makala Ashmar Death – Obituary | Dead – Passed Away

Makala Ashmar Death – Dead: A great loss was made known to InsideEko. As friends and families of the deceased are mourning the passing of their loved and cherished Makala Ashmar.

The Scheller for Congress campaign lost a member of our family this weekend as a Senior Advisor to the campaign and the chairwoman of the PA YRs. Her kind soul will be dearly missed. Makala Ashmar was an amazing friend and role model to many here in our community. Rest In Peace.

1/ That NYC rooftop feels so very distant today. I received word yesterday that my former colleague Makala Ashmar had passed away after a long & courageous battle with cancer.

Our mutual friend Jess described her as a “hell-raiser” & I can’t think of a more fitting description.

My thoughts and prayers are with Makala Ashmar’s family this weekend.

As Chairwoman of PA Young Republicans, she was a role model & friend to so many in our great commonwealth. Her leadership & voice in our party was unmatched. She’ll be greatly missed. May she Rest In Peace.

The news of Makala’s passing has reached me. I have so many fond memories of her from our times together in the @payrs. She was a proud American with such a big heart who would do anything for her family, friends & country! Sending my love & prayers to the Ashmar family.
