Keion Cordell Howard identified as victim shot to death in North Portland

Keion Cordell Howard Death  Cause Of Death: PORTLAND, Ore. — 19-year-old Keion Cordell Howard of Portland was shot to death in the 1000 block of North Anchor Way in North Portland has been identified by the Portland police on Saturday 4th December 2021.

According to the report, the North Precinct officer was attending to a call of a vehicle crash at North Marine Drive and Force Avenue, when a vehicle stopped and told the police that a man was shot in the vehicle, police saw him with severe injuries and called the ambulance, the officers tried life-saving measures on him before the arrival of the paramedics.
