Jose Olvera, Bobby Foster killed in San Bernardino, CA two-car accident

 Jose Villegas Olvera, Bobby Ray FosterDeath – Cuse of Death : 64-year-old Jose Villegas Olvera, of Yucaipa and 34-year-old Bobby Ray Foster, of Highland, have been identified by officials as the two people that lost their lives in a two-car accident. The incident happened on Sunday morning, December 12, 2021, at the intersection of Rialto Avenue and Dallas Avenue in San Bernardino, California at approximately 2:11 a.m.

According to officials, Foster was driving a 1997 Mercedes-Benz E320 at high speed when he failed to maintain control of the car, veering off the double yellow into the opposite lane in the path of a 2006 Honda Civic that was driven by Olvera. In the process, the Honda sideswiped the Mercedes diving the car into two and ejecting the driver.

Both Foster and Olvera suffered serious blunt force trauma injuries and were declared deceased at the site of the crash by emergency responders.

Authorities believed alcohol and speed are factors that led to the crash. However, an investigation into the cause of the deadly crash is still ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call 909-384-5792.
