Jessica Claybon Death – Homicide investigators with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department have identified one of the three people who were shot to death on Monday evening. The shootings took place over the course of two hours. A spokesperson for the police department stated that the incident took place at approximately 9:15 p.m. in the 4300 block of W. Belle Place, which is situated in the Vandeventer area. Officers were dispatched to the location after receiving word of a shooting, and they located the victim, Jessica Claybon, inside a property.

Victims confirmed dead

When emergency medical services came, they determined that Claybon was already deceased. Aged 33 years old. A shooting occurred earlier, at 8:30 p.m., near the intersection of California Avenue and Chariton Street, which is situated in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood of the city. The victim was a 27-year-old male. She was rushed to the hospital, but the doctors there pronounced her to be deceased. At 10:15 o’clock in the evening, a man of 35 years old was shot in the torso at the intersection of Gravois Avenue and Russell Boulevard. The hospital was where he passed away.

The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department reports that since the beginning of the weekend, at least five individuals have been shot and three have died in shootings. Three fatal shootings took place on Saturday within the boundaries of St. Louis, and police are looking into them. Two occurred in the early evening, while one occurred during night. Most recently, authorities reported that a shooter killed a teen on Saturday night about 7:00 p.m. in the 5300 block of Northland Avenue. At this time, no further information about the shooting has been made public. Police also reported that a 35-year-old male was shot and killed in the Wells-Goodfellow area at 5:30 p.m.

The victim, who had been shot multiple times, was discovered dead not far from the intersection of Maffitt Avenue and Goodfellow Boulevard. Police discovered a dead shooting victim in south St. Louis early on Saturday morning. Around 1:30 in the morning, police located the victim near the 400 block of North 10th Street. The victim is thought to be a young man between the ages of 15 and 17. At least two further shootings occurred this weekend, but neither one resulted in a death. A 21-year-old male was shot in the leg during a carjacking just after 4:00 on Saturday.  According to police, the suspect fled in the victim’s 2021 white Honda Accord.

The sufferer is currently receiving medical care for their wounds in a hospital. The first of these alleged shootings took place on Friday in the Bevo section of St. Louis, on the 4500 block of Morgan Ford Road. According to the investigators, the victim’s right eyelid and side of the face were shot. The victim reported that before being fired at, suspects in a gold Infinity car had been tailing him to his house. These inquiries are being conducted by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
