Attorney Jason Cleereman Death – Obituary | Dead – Passed Away

Jason Cleereman Death – Dead: A great loss was made known to InsideEko. As friends and families of the deceased are mourning the passing of their loved and cherished Jason Cleereman.

Having heard about this great loss, the family of this individual is passing through pains, mourning the unexpected passing of their beloved.

This departure was confirmed through social media posts made by Twitter users who pour out tributes, and condolences to the family of the deceased.

It is with immense sadness and shock that we share the news, now made public, that our beloved Jason Cleereman, SOC’s former President of the Board and current Board member, was the reported victim of last night’s shooting on Milwaukee’s east side.

Jason was a completely dedicated resident of the near Southside, father, and husband. He helped endless families navigate the immigration process through his law firm. He was a fearless advocate and authentic ally, never shying away from speaking truth to power.

His contributions to ensure residents had a voice, vote, and vehicle to organize can never completely be captured. He ushered in the new season of SOC’s service to the community making sure SOC made it through the crisis of our 25th anniversary, to the power of our 30th anniversary this year. He was our beekeeper, master gardener, satirist, leader, lawyer, and beloved amigo.

Jason and his wife Evangelina “Angie” were inseparable, as they worked together in his law firm and often on community work. She is as much of a contributor to SOC as he was. We are grateful to her and her family for sharing him with us.

Our most heartfelt prayers go out to Angie, their children, their families, and the rest of the community for this profound loss.

We will share any updates as soon as we hear back from the family on their wishes.

Writing with blue ink in your honor Jason, may your rest in peace and power!

A single set of flowers mark a memorial spot for Jason Cleereman, a 54-year-old Milwaukee man who was shot and killed near Brady and Van Buren Streets, Tuesday night.

Milwaukee immigration attorney Jason Cleereman shot, killed near Brady. This was my husband’s army buddy. He was 54 and a good man. They are looking for his killer. Please share widely.

This is Jason Cleereman, the man shot and killed on the Holton Bridge near Brady Street. His wife tells me he was a father of two and an immigration attorney with an office on Astor (east side).

Flowers now lean up against the Holton Street Bridge where 54-year-old Jason Cleereman was short and killed. According to police an altercation with a suspect on a bike lead to Jason being shot. Friends say he was a good man, an immigration attorney and loved his family dearly.

We are still working on getting more details about the death, as a family statement on the death is yet to be released.
