Police sought tips from the public in locating a missing charity worker
News reaching us states that the authorities are looking for a charity worker who went missing on her way home from work in Nottinghamshire, the authorities are extremely concerned for her welfare and they are asking the public to help with the search to locate her.
40-year-old Martina Martins was last seen at around 1:50 p.m. she was seen leaving the Arc on Lichfield Avenue in Scunthorpe on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. She was seen wearing a uniform of her workplace, she is a registered charity Jerry Green Dog Rescue.
Reports say she was on her way to the M180 heading towards Mansfield, driving a green Citroen DS3 with a black roof and mirrors, registration FD18 UHJ, but did not subsequently return home. Martina was seen wearing a dark green and black Jerry Green Dog Rescue soft-shell jacket and black Gillet with a brown shirt, black trousers and black heeled boots.
Currently, Her whereabouts are unknown, but she is known to have ties to Mansfield and Sheffield.
The police have not been able to fully identify Martina Martin’s actual residence or close family members as of now. As a result, officials have been unable to maintain close contact with the charity worker’s friends and family members.
According to reports, there is no information on whether Martina Martin got found after she suddenly disappeared, since no formal announcement of Martina Martin’s case has been made, she still considered a missing person.
Authorities and the dog rescue group, on the other hand, are said to be “extremely concerned” for her well-being. They are pleading with anyone with information about the case to come forward.
The police released a statement saying that if anyone sees her or her vehicle, they should call Nottinghamshire Police on 101 or 999.
