Gloria Ramirez identified as woman killed in Downtown Fresno crash

Gloria Ramirez Death – Cause Of Death: FRESNO, Calif. – 28-year-old Gloria Ramirez has been identified by the Fresno County Coroner’s Office as the woman that killed in a crash that took place near downtown Fresno on Wednesday 15th December 2021. Downtown Fresno is a lively business and entertainment district spread out around Courthouse Park. Formerly the iconic Fulton Mall revitalized Fulton Street features jewelry and fashion stores, plus landmarks like the Grand 1401 events venue and the wood and fiberglass Fulton District Clocktower.

According to information, Ramirez was operating her vehicle southbound on Highway 41 when for an unknown reason, she went off the roadway and flipped over numerous times down an embankment. Police responded to the crash at about 7:00 a.m. at Highway 41 and O Street, upon their arrival, they located the deceased, officials said she was not having her seatbelt on.
