Charme P. Allen, the Office of the District Attorney General in Knox County, Tennesse has announced on Friday, October 8, that Paschel, 44, was found guilty of aggravated kidnapping, domestic assault, and interference with emergency calls during a two-day trial.
The judge in charge of the case has dismissed a bail or bond in favour of the reality star and ordered him into custody.
Sentencing for the case is set to take place on December 3, 2021.
Paschel starred in season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, which aired in 2020. He got engaged to Varya Malina on the show, but he was not invited to attend the tell-all taping due to his legal problems.
What Really Happened?
Prior to this case in June 2019, it happened that police responded to a domestic disturbance and Wilson who was the victim in the case told the police that she was assaulted in her home by Paschel.
Paschel allegedly grabbed her by the neck and slammed her head against a wall several times as well as threw her to the ground and dragged her, according to Wilson.
After these, he even took her cell phone and restricted her from leaving the residence. She eventually escaped to a neighbour’s house after the TV personality fell asleep.
At the time of the incident, Wilson was diagnosed with a concussion and officers reported bruises and abrasions on her. Paschel claimed that the bruises on her were self-inflicted.
