“#Usa Ernest Johnson, a 61-year-old black man with mental disabilities, was executed yesterday despite many appeals for clemency, including that of Pope Francis. The death penalty is always wrong, but this time it also violates international law #NOpenadimorte”
According to reports, Ernest passed away from lethal injection at the state Bonne Terre. He was announced dead at 6:11 pm., after the dose was administered.
Convicted killer Ernest Johnson executed despite questions over his intellectual capacity if you have 3 people killed you are not God if you have the idea on killing another human now is you time to go,

Ernest Johnson should not have been executed. He was intellectually disabled and categorically ineligible for the death penalty. Ernest was a human being. He committed a terrible crime and was deeply remorseful. This was not justice. pic.twitter.com/wJvMQcrWoH

The execution of Ernest Johnson is unconstitutional under all existing legal precedents. He has the mental capacity of a 9-year-old child and is missing 20% of his brain mass. The Supreme Court’s failure to do anything to stop this is a moral failing of the highest order.
