#GenMilley Condolences to the family of Gen. Edward C. “Shy” Meyer, 29th Army Chief of Staff. The right soldier at the right time, Meyer was a critical figure in resetting @USArmy post draft Vietnam into the all volunteer, well trained, professional fighting force of today.
