“Dr Allan Ivan Soundy broke my heart. Our family Doctor for as long as I can remember. I would go consult for medical condition, but he would talk to me about everything, he could tell when my soul was troubled. I remember I reached a breaking point he held my hand and said let’s pray Kanye. Oh Lord re latlhegetswe, he loved all his patients and belive me otswa ko ena o fodile.. May your soul rest in peace Doc”
“It is however with profound sadness that the hearts of many community members of Ga-Rankuwa, has dropped after we have learned about the passing of a chivalrous man, affectionately known as Dr Allan Soundy.
Not only was he a beacon of love and light on his medical practices, but he genuinely loved and gave endlessly to all he knew with grace and kindness.
His death has left a hole in Ga-Rankuwas’ hearts, while also leaving a gap in the health care industries and in the House Medical Advisor as someone who could provide accurate and accessible information in a caring and compassionate tone.
We will not forget his humble openness, the long conversations in the consultation room, and his soft laughter, which shall forever reverberate across our minds but most essentially, we will not forget the mark he left on our society as a quintessential health practitioner.
It is sad to say Covid has dealt an utterly cruel blow.
To the Soundy Family, we say condolences”

We went to everyone for help and no one helped us and the last man was Dr Allan Soundy and he gave us money to do everything we needed to do with open heart. Go well my king.
