Deshon DuBose identified as shooting victim in southwest Atlanta skating rink
Deshon DuBose Death – A boy of that age 13 was fatally shot and died on Saturday night in the parking lot of a skating rink located in the southwest part of Atlanta, according to the police. In response to a report of shooting at around 11:24 p.m., law enforcement officials arrived at the parking lot of Cascade Family Skating, which is situated close to 3351 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SW.
Victim identified
Journalist was told by the responding officers that they discovered the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds when they arrived. Deshon DuBose, 13, was identified as the victim by the Fulton County Medical Examiners Office. He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. Detectives investigating homicide are currently seeking to piece together what led to the shooting that occurred. At this time, there has been no information provided on a possible suspect.

The Delaware State Police are investigating into a fatal shooting that took place outside of a skating rink in Newark, which resulted in the death of a teenage boy who was 15 years old. The incident happened in the parking area of the Christiana Skating Center on Monday evening about 9 o’clock, and it lasted for around two minutes. According to the police, the teenage boy was walking across the parking lot to get to the vehicle that would take him home when he was shot many times in the lower body by an unidentified assailant who fired multiple bullets.
The teenager was taken to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds. He was injured, but the injuries did not pose a threat to his life, so he was taken to the hospital and treated there. On Tuesday, the Christiana Skating Center issued a statement with forceful language, which read as follows: “It seems it does not matter whether it is a school, mall, movie theater or entertainment center, people have a lack of resect for their fellow human beings and for the businesses they attend.” Anyone who believes they may have information regarding this incident is urged to call (302) 365-8411 and speak with Detective A.
