Robin Scott death – passed away: Robin Scott, a Fishing, outdoors advocate, and owner of Ray Scott’s Dock in Margate, passed away suddenly. The details surrounding her death was not made public as of the time of this report. On Monday, December 13, 2021, Cape Atlantic Striper Club shared the devastating news of her passing on Facebook.

Cape Atlantic Striper Club while announcing her passing wrote that “We lost an absolute gem in the fishing community. RIP Robin Scott. You will be deeply missed. Robins’s insight and passion in the fishing community were tough to match and impossible to replace. Robin was a fixture at every NJMFC meeting and was never afraid to speak her mind. She owned and operated Ray Scott’s dock in Margate. It’s the very definition of a Mom and Pop bait and tackle shop. Our deepest condolences to the family. She won’t be forgotten.”

According to RipTide Bait and Tackle in a post on Facebook. Robin owned and operated the marina that had been in the family for 65 to 70 years. Her knowledge and experience in the fishing industry were second to none. She was also a Mike Shepperd’s co-pilot on the radio show (Shep On Fishing). She is also there to help people that wanted to fish or go out on a boat. She will be dearly missed by her community. She is the beloved mother of Rachel and Ray.
