Malachi Elijah Bainbridge Death – Cause of Death – Malachi Elijah Bainbridge, 19, of Toronto, was found shot to death in his car in the parking lot at a McDonald’s at Keele St. and Ingram Dr. This is Toronto’s 9th murder this year. Police said they found the victim at about 12:48 a.m. on Friday, 21st of January 2022, suffering from gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene. Police say two men were seen fleeing the area in a dark sedan.
Reports states that forensics teams were outside the restaurant until Saturday afternoon. A police tow truck removed a blue, four-door, Ford from the parking lot, according to the police. A lifelong friend of Bainbridge dropped by to leave a candle in the parking lot.
Investigators are asking for help from anyone who may have information or dash cam video and was travelling on Keele St. between Ingram Drive and Highway 401 Friday evening.
