Danielsville man killed in Lehigh Twp motorcycle accident identified

John Czuba Death – Cause of Death : 57-year-old John Czuba of Danielsville, has been identified as that man that lost his life in a motorcycle accident. The motorcycle accident happened at approximately 3:29 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, November 25, 2021, on Route 145 in Lehigh Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Czuba was pronounced dead at the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg on November 25.

According to authorities, Czuba was riding a motorcycle on Route 145 near Riverview Drive for unknown reasons, the motorcycle left the roadway and struck an embankment. Czuba sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg where he was pronounced dead after succumbing to his injuries.

An autopsy has been scheduled for Saturday, November 27.

John Czuba’s obituary will be released by his family.
