Daisha Lewis of Hartford killed in Farmington, CT car crash

Daisha Lewis Death – Cause of Death : 25-year-old Daisha Lewis of Hartford, Connecticut has passed away following injuries suffered from a deadly car two-car accident. The crash occurred on Sunday evening, December 12, 2021, at approximately 7 p.m. on Interstate 84 in Farmington, Connecticut. Following Daisha’s death, State police are appealing to those who may have witnessed the deadly crash to come forward.

Preliminary investigation revealed that Daisha was a passenger in a Nissan Rogue heading westbound on I-84 near exit 39 in the left lane, while a Ford F250 was heading westbound on I-84 near exit 39 in the center lane. Suddenly, the Nissan lost control of the car and broadsided the Ford. The impact of the collision caused the Nissan to travel through a metal beam guide rail close to the media, overturn into the grass median before coming to an uncontrolled stop.

Daisha sustained was transported with life-threatening injuries to an area hospital where she succumbed to her injuries. The driver of the Nissan and a second passenger survived the crash with minor injuries. It was not mentioned if any of the Ford occupants were hurt.

Daisha Lewis’s obituary will be released by her family.
