Cornerstone Estate is located at Elerangbe area of Ibeju Lekki, Lagos. It is almost at the end of the road by Foltar Petrol Station, after Elekon junction. The estate is owned by Pwan Homes & Properties Ltd and it is about 15 minutes drive off Lekki-Epe express due to the condition of the access road at the time of our visit.
There are many proposed estates along Elerangbe road which is said to be favoured by the proposed 4th mainland bridge. Cornerstone Estate is also not far from Ajah. With a linking bridge from end of Badore, the Elerangbe road could serve as an alternative to Lekki-Epe express, connecting Ajah to Ibeju Lekki. There are several claims that the road is actually the major road that would link Ikorodu to Ibeju Lekki via the proposed 4th mainland bridge.
At the time of our visit, a perimeter fencing has been done but was covered by bushes in a way that you would hardly notice the fencing, making the estate looks abandoned. This may affect the reselling power and ROI of properties of the estate at the moment.
The estate was sold out at N540,000 about 2 years ago. Currently, lands in Elerangbe area area are selling between N2.5million to N3million. Being closer to Ajah, Cornerstone estate should stand at N4million to N5million per plot.
The location of the estate is so good and very interesting. It has many advantages over many estates in Ibeju Lekki, including the ones in the Free Trade Zone area. Once a bridge linking Badore to Ibeju Lekki through Eleranigbe is created, a plot of land in Cornerstone estate will possibly rise to N10m to N18million within a year.
There is nothing to use as Landmark at the time of this post as most properties around Cornerstone Estate are undeveloped with a gripping look of abandonment.
The estate is on a dry land but does not have a C of O at the time of our visit. The proposed Lekki-Epe International Airport will also affect the price of properties in this estate.
