Chancellor High School on lockdown following shooting threats

Chancellor High School Shooting – Multiple law enforcement agencies are responding to the Chancellor High School located at 6300 Harrison Rd, Fredericksburg, Virginia following a possible shooting threat.

Officials say an unidentified person threatened to shoot up chancellor high school during academic hours today via a social media page and text messages sent to some of the students of the high school confirms the viral threat.

The school has been placed on partial lockdown as a heavy police presence is witnessed at the school campus and its environments. It is not known at this time if parents have been reached out to by the school authorities regarding the shooting threats.

It is not immediately known if any possible suspect has been identified and if the poster is a student of the chancellor high school.
