Carter Hegenbarth Obituary – Death : We are deeply saddened to learn that 20-year-old Robert “Carter” Hegenbarth of Beachwood, formerly of Mentor and Cleveland Heights passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Tuesday October 5, 2021 at his home. It was reported that he died leaving families, friends and loved ones in great grief and fear.
Causes of Carter Hegenbarth’s Death…
At the moment, no information has been received from the family as they are observing their difficult times. The circumstances surrounding the actual cause of death had not been made public as at the time of writing this report. Investigation is still on-going to know the actual cause of death.
He was a perfect example of what it means to be a wonderful person. He had a calming presence and was extremely kind, he touched the hearts of so many, and was an inspiration to everyone who knew him.
Who Was Carter Hegenbarth ?
He was born June 19, 2001 in Willoughby, Ohio. Carter was an Operations Analyst for Federal Gear and Machine in Eastlake Ohio. He graduated from University School, Class of 2019.
Carter was an old soul with an enormous heart and a great friend to everyone. He always carried such a positive outlook and looked for the best in everyone. Carter was an animal whisperer and loved his cats and all animals.
He loved music and hoped to one day to work in the music industry. He was the glue that kept our family together. He will be sorely missed by anyone who knew him.
Carter is survived by his parents: David L. and Michelle (Lloyd) Hegenbarth, siblings: Tyler and Morgan Hegenbarth; grandparents: Margaret Lloyd, James and Carole Hegenbarth; aunts & uncles: Cindy (Regis) Collins, Edward (Jennifer) Lloyd, Robert (Whitney) Lloyd and Keith Mutscher, and cats: Cypress and Simba. Preceding Carter in death are his grandfather: Gary Lloyd and aunt: Nancy Mutscher.
The little reminders that cause tears today will turn into little reminders that make us sad and then those little reminders will eventually make us smile and remember Sean just as he would have wanted us to-with love, a grin and maybe a cold one.
Funeral Arrangements / Visitation
A celebration of Carter’s life will be from 3:00 -7:00 pm Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8466 Mentor Ave. Mentor, OH 44060, with a service at 7:00 pm Tuesday October 12, 2021 at the funeral home. The 7 pm service will be available on Zoom. We will provide a link shortly.
