Bussie Alton of Marina killed in car accident on Hwy 129 in Watsonville

Bussie James Alton Death – Cause of Death : 59-year-old Bussie James Alton has been identified by the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office as the Marina man that died in a two-car accident that happened on Highway 129 near West Riverside Drive, east of Harvest Drive on Monday morning. The crash that claimed the life of Alton occurred at approximately 7:18 a.m on November 29, 2021, in Watsonville, California.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a, 2006 Toyota Tacoma and a 2019 Ford F-650 were heading westbound on the highway when both cars collided with each other. The impact of the collision caused both vehicles to flip over and the utility trailer connected to the F-650 dislodged, traveled into the eastbound lanes, and collided with a Chevy Malibu driven by Alton. Alton sustained blunt force trauma injuries to which he succumbed to at the scene of the crash.

No other information regarding the crash was revealed. Investigation into the cause of the crash is still ongoing by the California Highway Patrol.

Watsonville is a city in Santa Cruz County, California, United States. The population was 51,199 according to the 2010 census. The Pajaro Valley, where Watsonville is located, has a climate that is around 60 to 70 °F throughout much of the year.
