It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Wilkinson OA 1969. Bob was an international rugby player, best known for playing as an uncapped player for the Barbarians against the New Zealand All Blacks in Cardiff in 1973.
Very sad to read of the passing of Bedford Blues legend Bob Wilkinson. Played for England in mid 70s and was in the famous 73 Barbarians side with that tryk. Played a couple of matches with him in Bedford Rovers/Rams in late 80s.
