Bent Fabricius-Bjerre Death – Dead: A great loss was made known to InsideEko. As friends and families of the deceased are mourning the passing of their loved and cherished Bent Fabricius-Bjerre.

Having heard about this great loss, the family of this individual is passing through pains, mourning the unexpected passing of their beloved.

This departure was confirmed through social media posts made by Twitter users who pour out tributes, and condolences to the family of the deceased.

The whole of Denmark will miss Bent Fabricius-Bjerre. I’ve known him since 2005. He was a co-founder of CEPOS and kindly said yes to attend our opening event in March 2005, where he for the approx. 350 participants played some of their melodies and told stories about them. He played the theme from Monopoly and Alley Cat.

I’ve always been impressed with this man, his versatile talent, energy and curiosity, which gave him great success as an artist, entertainer and businessman – even across several business areas.

He was kindness himself and always very aware and interested in other people. Conversations with him were always exciting and floated lightly.

Bent was a member of CEPOS centre council where he participated actively. This photo is from June 2018 meeting, where he is 93 years old, and still razor sharp and full of courage. Unfortunately, this was the last time I spoke to him.

Praise be his memory.

Today we have lost one of our greatest musicians. Bent Fabricius-Bjerre, a man who maked the soundtracks for many great movies, and even won an american grammy in 1962. R.I.P.

Rest in peace Bent Fabricius-Bjerre. Danish musical legend. The type of man I thought could never die. He’s just always been here. At least we will have his music foreve

Bent Fabricius-Bjerre has died at the age of 95. His iconic tones for the Olsen Gang and Matador were the sound of my Danish film childhood, but Bent’s career was large and wide-ranging. I never worked with him myself, but many colleagues told of a humble master. Thank you for everything.

We are still working on getting more details about the death, as family statement on the death is yet to be released.
