According to the report filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, in the late Sunday afternoon, a 2009 Chrysler Town & Country driven by Derrick R. Spain, 27, of Warsaw, was traveling northbound on MO Hwy 7 just north of Walking Horse Lane when his vehicle crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Bailey C. Jelinek, 24, of Deepwater. After the initial impact, both vehicles rotated in a counterclockwise direction and were then struck by another southbound traveling vehicle, a 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 driven by Alan C. Haverland, 63, of Deepwater.
