Ciaran Leigh Morris passed away after he was killed by a BMW collided with his buggy on Easter Sunday in Brownhills, near Walsall, West Mids.

James Paul Davis, 34, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, West Midlands Police confirmed tonight.

Davis, who is from Walsall, has been remanded in police custody to appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Tuesday 6th April.”
