Anthony Stewart Death – Dead | Coach Anthony Stewart  Obituary – Passed Away

Anthony Stewart Death – Dead: A great loss was made known to InsideEko. As friends and families of the deceased are mourning the passing of their loved and cherished Anthony Stewart.

My heart is heavy now and I’m in complete shock! I first met current (former 💔) University of Tennessee-Martin Head Coach, Anthony Stewart back in 2008 at the juco National Tournament in Danville, IL while we were both on the road recruiting. That following Spring 2009 he called me to offer me the Graduate Assistant position at the University of Wyoming where he was an Assistant Coach. Even though I didn’t take advantage of the opportunity at the time, he always offered words of advice, wisdom, truth and confidence. Not to mention he was also a Brother of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. “Stew”, passed away suddenly today at the age of 50. God please bless his wife and three children during this transition. Thank you for your FRIENDSHIP “Stew”…Rest Peacefully!

Just received Terrible Terrible news that UT-Martin Head Coach Anthony Stewart passed away. Prayers to his family, friends and team! Man this is a tough one! RIP Anthony!

We started our coaching careers along with my other brother @anthonygholson1 and built a small community college in Ohio into a national powerhouse! I love you Stew!

With many answers to the 2020-2021 men’s college basketball season unanswered. Comes the news of the death of UT Martin coach Anthony Stewart. Sunday at the age of 50. He had guided the #Skyhawks for 5 seasons.

Anthony Stewart was a great guy always in a good mood and always ready to talk ball. I am very shocked by this. Very saddened by this!!!! Prayers for the family.

God Bless Coach Anthony Stewart and his family.
I met Coach 11yrs ago. He said he knew I’d take care of one of his guys, and treat him right, so he sent him to me at Central Arizona. His trust meant a lot, especially since I was just 27, a new Head Coach in need of some help.

Coaches we are a part of a small fraternity. Whenever a coach passes on, we lose a wealth of knowledge, great potential & a friend. Our condolences to Anthony Stewart’s family, friends & his staff at UT Martin @SkyhawkHoops @utmartin #blackcoachesunited
