Anthony Frattaroli owner of Frattaroli Sparkle, Youngstown, Oh, dies at 82

Anthony Frattaroli death – passed away – STRUTHERS, OH: Anthony Frattaroli, 82-year-old,  Youngstown, Ohio, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021. The circumstances surrounding his passing was not made public by his family. He is the owner of Frattaroli Sparkle” in the 5th Street Plaza in Struthers, with his brother, Patsy, and his son, Tony, Jr., they also owned a supermarket in New Middletown.

Born Anthony F. Frattaroli, on June 15, 1939, in Youngstown, a son of Cesidio and Marietta (D’Eramo) Frattaroli. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1957, and received his bachelor’s degree in business from Youngstown College. As early as age 10, he began working in the grocery store industry and also worked for Betsy Ross Foods in Akron as the warehouse manager after his graduation from college. In 1986, he opened his first Supermarket, “Frattaroli Sparkle” in the 5th Street Plaza in Struthers, with his brother, Patsy, and his son, Tony, Jr., after ten years, they opened up their second supermarket in New Middletown.

He got married to his loving and beautiful Margaret (Wilcheck) Frattaroli, on April 28, 1962, and together, they gave birth to two adorable children  Felicia (Dr. Scott) Tofil of Struthers and Anthony (Karen) Frattaroli of Youngstown. He was a beloved brother of Patrick “Patsy” (Marianne) Frattaroli of Struthers. He will be dear missed by his beloved family, his friends, and the entire community.
